Cakes by Crystal typically books 4 to 6 weeks in advance. All orders are subject to our schedule availability.

All orders are reserved on a first come first serve basis. Cake orders are not final until a 50% nonrefundable deposit has been placed via PayPal within three days from the date of receiving your PayPal invoice.  Failure to comply results in the order being void.

All custom cake orders have a $50.00 minimum. Stacked cakes have a $144.00 minimum.

Wedding cakes have a $100.00 nonrefundable deposit. All other details per individual contract.

Balance is due prior to or at time of pickup. No exceptions.

All orders are taken via email or via the order form below ONLY. Orders will NOT be accepted via phone, text, or Facebook.

Once you or your designated party has picked up an order, the order is considered accepted and we relinquish all responsibility for that order. No refunds will be given once cakes have been picked up or delivered.

Every order is custom made. All details are subject to artistic interpretation. You may provide photos for inspiration and duplication; however, we make no claims for exact duplication of work by others.

Hours of operation: CBC is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Pickups are done primarily on Saturdays from 9 am. until noon unless specific arrangements are agreed upon. Cakes by Crystal will not honor orders that are not picked up at agreed upon hours. Failure to pickup at specified times results in order being void.

Cakes by Crystal does not cater to any dietary restrictions or specific food allergies. All foods may contain or come in contact with nuts, eggs, milk, sugar, flour, or other common baking ingredients.
